NCA Offers Allergen Education Program for Industry

This valuable tool is intended to teach confectionery industry employees about general allergen awareness as well as the specific issues that impact candy manufacturing operations – such as rework, chocolate clean-up, and packaging considerations. Available online and free to everyone in the industry, the tool may be viewed at a monitor or it can be downloaded and used a presentation.
